10 Years Experience in High-Hygiene Washing

Aquion is the Philippines’ largest industrial laundry in capacity. We are located in Silang, Cavite. Aquion currently has two continuous batch washing (tunnel) systems.

Our 10 years experience in high-hygiene washing has separated us from our competition. We take care of linen from hotels, food industry and hospitals, in separate washing lines using different chemistry for the type of linen we wash. Working with Kreussler chemicals from Germany, we carefully set-up dosing for each type of item we process to ensure you of the highest quality laundry. Our chemicals are dosed through a computerized system.

Each batch we wash is disinfected using thermal methods. We heat the main wash to 65 degrees Celsius for at least 10 minutes. We use hydrogen peroxide as our bleach to prevent fabric degradation from too much chlorine bleach usage.

We process incoming water through a softener system and a reverse osmosis system. Our effluent wastewater is cleaned using a series of methods which includes microfilters and electrocoagulation.
